Web-based Communication Enhancement
Vision
Tanglewood Road Association (TRA) members are able to easily access information associated with the Association. Members of the TRA are able to collaboratively create and share data and information to communicate their objectives, analysis, and results.

A demonstration website to enhance communication was created (19 April 2023).
A collaboration platform was created using Google Sites, Drive, Docs, Calendar, Contacts, and Photos.Â
Google Sites provides the required infrastructure for this website while other Google applications enable collaboration and information sharing using documents, a calendar, photographs, and contact management.
Several features have been incorporated that enabled or can enable required functionality including access control. Access is controlled at the group and individual level: create, read, update, and delete.
Using Google Drive, documents are being managed.
Documents can be developed and updated by an individual (e.g. an officer) and then displayed on the website automatically (see below). This enables someone to create and update web content without editing the website.
Using Google Drive, spreadsheets can be managed (not yet incorporated)
Using Google Calendar, a calendar has been developed.
Using Google Photos, photographs are being stored and organized for the website.
Using Google Contacts, contact information can be stored for each member (not yet incorporated).
Each officer may have a unique email address (i.e. president2023@tanglewoodroadassociation.org) but receive emials in an existing account (not yet incorporated).
