Highlights
Newly elected officers thanked past officers and introduced themselves.
A storage shed was purchased and set in place to house equipment and materials for DIY road maintenance and repair.
Fact gathering to help establish a way forward for future road maintenance and repair is being undertaken. It was emphasized that this is only fact and data gathering in order to help develop a list of well-informed options. As these options are explored, the gathered information will be placed before our community of approximately sixty-three households. A starting point in this process includes:
Cost to replace entire roadway using a pavement contractor
Cost to replace specific sections using a pavement contractor
Requirements and cost if Lewis County were to take ownership
Benefits and challenges of a Homeowners Association (HOA)
Availability of Federal, State, or County grants

Highlights
It was recommended that a cadre of volunteers be formed to work on the road throughout the summer. A sign-up sheet was circulated.
Propane required to accomplish road repair will be purchased by the TRA in the future. Four tanks were approved to be filled.
It was stated that there is a need for a shed to store equipment and materials for DIY road repairs. A process to identify shed options was initiated.
Draft TRA bylaws were provisionally approved.
Speeding vehicle traffic was identified as an issue. Everyone was asked to remind family, friends, and contractors not to speed on the road.
Draft Officer job descriptions were made available to be reviewed and will be sent to each member via email.
New Officers were nominated for President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
It was suggested that the TRA develop a website to better communicate TRA information within the community.
Some discussion included the potential of having the TRA become a non-profit organization. Discussion ensued, but no agreement as to a way ahead was formalized.
Painting of the community mailbox station was discussed. Color choice would require approval prior to painting.
